Where can I view or download my invoices?
If you set up the plan yourself, by default all invoices are emailed to your email address (or the billing email address you provided) on a monthly or annual basis depending on your billing cadence.
Through the Billing Dashboard
Who can access the billing dashboard (and thus view your invoices) for your Simple Poll subscription depends on the plan you're on. We've included the difference below, but for most of our customers, if you set up the plan yourself or you're a Slack admin/owner you should be able to edit your billing settings as outlined further down in this article.

Small Business Plan (legacy plan) or Premium Plan: The person who set up the plan i.e the Simple Poll billing manager & any Slack admin/owner can manage billing settings.
Manager Plan or Director Plan (legacy plans): Only the person who set up that plan i.e the Simple Poll billing manager can manage billing settings.
To view or download the invoices:
Head to the Billing dashboard via this link: https://simplepoll.rocks/dashboard/my/billing/
When you arrive at the billing dashboard, click on Manage billing.
This will then load your Stripe billing dashboard. At the bottom of the page, we can see "Invoice History", click on any of the open button icons as highlighted below.
After clicking on one of the invoice open buttons you'll then see the below screen where you can download the invoice or payment receipt as a PDF depending on which you require.
