Simple Poll on Mobile

1. In any channel or DM, tap the message box, type /poll , and send. The creation window opens.
2. Enter your question, add each answer option, pick a poll type, and (optional) open Settings for anonymous/add-options.
3. Tap Preview to check it, then Create Poll to post it.

• Quick version: type it all inline — /poll "What's for lunch?" "Pizza" "Tacos" "Sushi"  (first quote is the  question, the rest are options)

1. Open the channel with the poll.
2. Tap the button for the option you want — your vote records immediately.
3. To change it, tap a different option (or tap your choice again to remove it, depending on poll settings).

1. Tap the green Open button on the poll message.
2. Tap Poll Settings.
3. Tap Edit.
4. You can then change the title, delete options, and/or add options. To ensure fair voting, it is not possible to edit an option.

• Heads up: deleting an answer option also permanently deletes its votes.

1. Tap the green Open button → Poll Settings.
2. Tap Close to stop new votes. (Closing quietly without notifying the channel is a Premium feature.)
3. To reopen: tap the green Results button on the closed poll → Poll Settings → Reopen.

3. Tap Delete.

• Admins can delete a poll by deleting the Slack message itself
