How do I close a poll?

You can lock the voting on one of your polls by clicking the green Open button to open the Poll Management Window. Select Details and Actions from the More Poll Options dropdown menu and select Close.

You will then have the option to either announce the results, or close the poll quietly without announcing the results (✨Premium only).

Once the poll is closed, the options disappear and users are notified the poll is closed.

You'll be able to re-open a closed poll, if you wish, by selecting the green Results button to again bring up the Poll Management Window. Select Details and Actions from the More Poll Options dropdown menu and select Reopen.

Only the poll creator is able to close and re-open a poll.
