How do I cancel my subscription?
Accessing the billing settings (and updating your payment method) for your Simple Poll subscription depends on the plan you're on. We've included the difference below, but for most of our customers, if you set up the plan yourself or you're a Slack admin/owner you should be able to update the payment method.

Small Business Plan (legacy plan) or Premium Plan: The person who set up the plan i.e the Simple Poll billing manager & any Slack admin/owner can manage billing settings.
Manager Plan or Director Plan (legacy plans): Only the person who set up that plan i.e the Simple Poll billing manager can manage billing settings.
To cancel your subscription:
Visit the Billing page in the dashboard: https://simplepoll.rocks/dashboard/my/billing
Click on Cancel plan
You will then be prompted to provide feedback on why you are choosing to cancel. We're always looking for ways to improve the product so that we can better serve customers like yourself.
