How do I update my billing email?

Who can access the billing settings (and updating information such as your billing email) for your Simple Poll subscription depends on the plan you're on. We've included the difference below, but for most of our customers, if you set up the plan yourself or you're a Slack admin/owner you should be able to edit your billing settings as outlined further down in this article.

Small Business/Premium: The person who set up the plan i.e the Simple Poll billing manager & any Slack admin/owner can manage billing settings.

Manager, Director, Analyst: Only the person who set up that plan i.e the Simple Poll billing manager can manage billing settings.

How to update the Billing Email:

Head to the billing dashboard by visiting  https://simplepoll.rocks/dashboard/my/billing/ and then click on Manage Billing.

This will then load up the Stripe Billing settings, click on Update information.

From here you'll be able to update your billing email for invoices (and other billing information too if you'd like), once updated click on Save at the bottom of the page and your billing email will be updated. ✅
